Great place to work at.

There is a lot of new people and they are valued more than existing employees. We have a ton of meetings where people outright argue and can't get anything done. Managers who don't understand what you do and have unrealistic expectations.

There is always hype about the future but it all seems directed at Wall Street and not back to the employees while we struggle to keep everything working. There is more culture awareness groups which is nice but I feel like I am taking part to make it feel like it really is diverse.

Awesome culture but be a self Starter

The company only cares about the company and not the employees they point system is horrible there are no incentives to make you want to be there

Leadership team doesn't listen to the people actually doing the work. Gives unrealistic deadlines

There is virtually no diversity in the leadership team. It is a stereotypical privilege white male run corporation. Because of this, creativity and innovation is stifled and employees are not utilized to their full potential. The leadership team is bad for business.

Total package is great no complaints

Because of how poorly I am treated and a raise

It is a widely known fact that there is a massive gender-based pay gap at WESCO. All I want is to be paid the same as my male counterparts.

For the most part, the rank and file at WESCO is made up of smart, hard-working people that are trying to do their best within a broken system.

A lot of back stabbing and constantly looking out for your back as everything is escalated to management that have weekly discussion. You can't get anything done without escalation.

Listen to the people doing the work. There's too many high level people and managers trying to validate their position and they get in the way
