Everyone cares about what's going on in each other's lives aside from work and are all always happy to meet or work with a new person. When anyone needs help, it's always offered and is always a team effort.

They're open and transparent and also encourage the employees to recognize that we are humans and are able to take the time we need to put ourselves first. They have a clear vision and deliver their plans in a clear and concise way.

Everyone is always open to lend a helping hand, I don't feel as though I'm ever left hanging when I ask questions and sometimes it can turn into a learning experience. We work well together and keep each other updated on things going on in our lives outside of work
