It's not that I feel undervalued or underpaid specifically for my position, but the reality of even "fair" compensation is that living costs are so incredibly expensive currently that even comparatively fair compensation isn't realistically enough to not still struggle.

I love that there is a high bar of talent here at Wistia so everyone is an expert in their own right but always willing to help no matter how big the task. You always feel extremely supported by your coworkers.

The ERGs are special to just Wistia, imo. Having worked in many tech companies, I've yet to find another who took culture and minorities so seriously that they would actually fund them.

The amount of support and flexibility, and flexible PTO. As a working parent I need to be able to WFH and have flexible hours. No one bats an eye if we need to take time off during the day - it's great.
