Mr. Witmondt is the CEO of Woodmont Properties, a privately-owned regional real estate investment and development business founded by his father in 1963. Since joining the company in 1993, Eric has transformed the company into a full-service vertically integrated real estate firm that acquires, entitles, finances, develops, constructs, sells, leases, and manages a wide range of properties. Woodmont employs more than 190 people in NJ and PA. Since 2007, Woodmont has constructed more than 17 luxury apartment communities throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is currently building 1,000 apartments in Princeton, Roxbury, Ramapo, Secaucus, and Upper Macungie, PA. Woodmont, well known for its transit-oriented development, has a development pipeline containing more than 3,000 apartments, 800 luxury homes, and one million square feet of industrial space. Through its industrial affiliate, Woodmont Industrial Partners, the company has acquired, sold, or constructed more than 4,600,000 square feet of industrial space in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Georgia and continues to seek acquisitions of existing buildings or land to develop actively. Woodmont also owns and manages office buildings, retail space, hotels, and four private recreational/golf and tennis clubs in New Jersey and Snowmass, Colorado. In its continuing pursuit of new market opportunities, Woodmont recently entered the senior housing sector with plans to develop super luxury housing in the industries of Active Adult, Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care in New Jersey. Mr. Witmondt has been recognized by NJBIZ’s Power 50 ranking since 2010 and was recently honored as one of the top executives of the year.

As President, Mr. Zlotnick is responsible for the strategy, implementation, and operations at Woodmont Properties, including construction, property management, marketing, information technology, and human resources. He is also responsible for establishing the company’s strategic initiatives. Mr. Zlotnick brings to this position over 40 years of experience in business management, real estate development, and construction, serving Woodmont Properties since 1992. Mr. Zlotnick earned a Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Business Administration degree from New York University and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New Jersey.

As Chief Investment Officer at Woodmont Properties since 2001, Mr. Trager is responsible for company acquisitions and investments. In addition, Mr. Trager is responsible for securing public and private debt and equity capital for development projects and acquisitions. Mr. Trager, also, oversees select development and redevelopment opportunities. Prior to joining Woodmont, he was the founder and principal of Trager Realty Advisors, and prior to that President of Westminster Capital, a subsidiary of Kushner Companies. Mr. Trager’s initial real estate experience included eleven years with Hartz Mountain Industries, Inc. He holds an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Union College, Schenectady, New York, and a Masters of Business Administration from The Wharton School, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

As Chief People Officer for Woodmont Properties, Ms. Gonzalez leads the company’s people division with 17+ years of human resources experience within various industries nationwide. Prior to joining Woodmont Properties, she was the Director of Human Resources at a powerhouse franchisee of three iconic national brands that operated two independent, proprietary concepts; before that, she was a Senior HR Business Partner for a 10+ year multi-award and designation-winning Fortune 100, Great/Best Places to Work health care organization, earlier on she was the Vice President of Strategic Human Resources at an international education management company. She is a graduate of Rutgers University, holding a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree with a minor in sociology from the City University of New York, Queens College. She is certified as a Professional Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute, Society of Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society of Human Resources Management, a Senior HR Business Partner (sHRBP) from the Human Capital Institute, and a Certified Career Coach through Paradigm 360.

As Chief Financial Officer for Woodmont Properties, Mr. Miller is responsible for managing corporate financial resources and charting a course for the company's financial success. Mr. Miller is also responsible for creating sound accounting and system controls to ensure accurate and timely reporting to internal and external parties. Mr. Miller is responsible for a staff of five controllers and accountants that make up the accounting department. Before joining Woodmont, Mr. Miller was a controller with Hampshire Real Estate Companies. He oversaw the accounting, reporting, and cash management for three value-added real estate investment funds targeted at institutional investors. Prior to his time with Hampshire, Mr. Miller spent seven years as an auditor with Ernst & Young, specializing in servicing real estate clients. Mr. Miller is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York and Virginia. He completed his undergraduate degree in Accounting at the University of Maryland, College Park.

As Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Woodmont Properties and Woodmont Industrial Properties, Mr. Santola manages the company’s legal affairs and entitlements. He also significantly manages the development division, guiding new business opportunities, and formalizes corporate strategy. Mr. Santola also manages the company’s government relations and legal insight. Prior to joining Woodmont, Mr. Santola was a partner with the law firm of Lindabury, McCormick & Estabrook, specializing in real estate, land use, zoning, and commercial litigation. He has served as both a member of and attorney for municipal land use boards and has represented parties in various application appeals and related litigation. He graduated from Colgate University and received a Juris Doctor degree, Cum Laude, from Seton Hall University. Mr. Santola is a member of the Essex County, New Jersey, and American Bar Associations and is also permitted to practice in the State of New York.

Mr. Varneckas is responsible for managing the Development Division, which obtains entitlements for multiple real estate projects, including engineering, design, and approvals. Additionally, Mr. Varneckas is responsible for performing due diligence in evaluating new acquisitions. Prior to joining Woodmont Properties, Mr. Varneckas was a civil engineer at Hanson Engineering, in which his responsibilities included the design of residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, and redevelopment sites. He has extensive experience obtaining municipal, county, state, and federal permits and approvals. A licensed professional engineer in the State of New Jersey, Mr. Varneckas is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering

As Executive Vice President of Construction, Mr. Irwin is responsible for managing the Construction Division, including all site development and vertical construction activities for commercial and residential projects. He manages a team of project managers, estimators, laborers, administrators, and selection coordinators to facilitate the complete construction process. In addition, Mr. Irwin supports the Development Division in the engineering and architectural design of new projects. Serving Woodmont since 2010, Mr. Irwin brings to this position over 30 years of experience in real estate development and construction, delivering Woodmont customers the highest level of quality and service while controlling costs and ensuring timely deliveries. Prior to joining Woodmont, Mr. Irwin was the Senior Vice President of Construction at The Pinnacle Companies. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware and is a CPA.
