Pay is quite literally not comparable with competitors. It's known in the industry.
Nothing. My department manager is toxic. We repeatedly complained about her in surveys and to HR and she was given a promotion in title.
Most coworkers don't do the work they should be doing, they are posting on Instagram during the work day (which is easily viewable), or they are burned out from picking up the lazy workers' slack.
They need to step into the 21st century. They need to be transparent with their employees. They need to value their employees and understand the difference between branch workers like tellers and those who work the headquarters because they have different wants and needs.
