What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Nothing. My department manager is toxic. We repeatedly complained about her in surveys and to HR and she was given a promotion in title.

My co-workers and supervisor are terrific.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The entire culture is toxic. Management is out of touch.
