company has no work / life balance for its employees. we are working 7days ,12 hours a day. there is no time for employees to connect and enjoy their families. company is always out of components or packaging which stops team members from meeting demands. Office staff off every weekend. Unfair.

We are understaffed, over worked, under paid, never have materials needed to meet demands, plant has no security, union controlling plant operation,. Hire experience workers throughout operation.

salaried employees are only paid straight pay wages for working 7 days and 12 hours a day, they should be paid at the less time an half for the extra work hours. reduce the out of pocket cost with insurance co pays.

improve material department order and keep what is needed in plant to meet demands. Work 7 days 12 hours like they schedule the operators to get the jobs done. Schedule production team weekends off. Hire experienced supervisor's. Honest communication with team members and customers.

Hire better experienced management staff, or corporate team needs to come spend time with them that are there and ensure they are trained properly to work the process and procedures are good. Pay the production team leaders better as they are the most over worked employees in management department.
