I have done alot and volunteer every launch almost since i been here and gone places cause other sister plants needed help.. i have gone above and beyond.. called in to help when already worked my 10s or 12s cause i knew the job and it would get done! I just want treated fairly and not looked down @

salaried employees are only paid straight pay wages for working 7 days and 12 hours a day, they should be paid at the less time an half for the extra work hours. reduce the out of pocket cost with insurance co pays.

Alot of them are hard workers yes u do have some are lazy very lazy but unions fault and supervisor that cater to them! Let it happen so we that are hard workers pick up their slack cause we all get blamed while those dont care and know ur doing their jobs!

Segregation in the workplace is real. Quite sure favoritism plays a big role in it..........gotta be good looking to be part of that crowd, gotta be rich to be part of that crowd, gotta be a pill head to be part of that crowd, etc.....

The human resources department has horrible communication skills We are denied our vacation days and over worked. I had quit because of these issues. I have not been paid out on my vacation days after walking out on them because they do not care about their employees. I need answers please contact.

Entire 3rd shift management need to be replaced
Hire better experienced management staff, or corporate team needs to come spend time with them that are there and ensure they are trained properly to work the process and procedures are good. Pay the production team leaders better as they are the most over worked employees in management department.

I got hired in 1994. The interview process was WONDERFUL! Separate interviews with three people only advancing to the next if approved by the prior. Company has changed ownership 4 times since I was hired, so have no idea what the interview process is now.
I was brought in for the job didn't necessarily just come off the street to apply.

Well its not much of one.. we get people from temps services and now apps so u do 90 days or so many hours u het hired in so isnt much after that.. just give the company ur info and stuff then thats it.. they dont train people much anymore they leave people fig stuff out and then they quit!
My suggestions are no longer free for this company to capitalize on. Pay up!!!!
