I would say I have a great overall experience at the company. Coming in, I was making a switch to something new and had a lot to learn but the team and rest of the company was very supportive of me and helped me grow in my role. I am also really happy with the benefits and culture here.
It's been my first year with Zappi and it's been a refreshing change from the corporate world that I came from. People I work with are passionate about what they do and hold themselves accountable. I feel like I truly have a voice at the table which makes a huge difference!
Over the past 6 years the company has grown and matured in a way I initially didn't think was possible. The quality of people and leadership has taken this company to the next level and are setting us and company up for great success

What's the work from home policy like at Zappi?
You are welcome to work from home as much as you would like and Zappi will make sure you have everything you need to work productively. But the vibe in the offices is also great and often easier to get hold of people when you can grab 5 mins of their time in person.
There is unlimited work from home and also vacations! Vast amount trust for people and teams.
Great - we are treated like adults at Zappi and if we need to work from home, we are trusted to do so as long as we get the job done!
