Don’t know. I’ve had one hire and HR didn’t provide any guidelines when I asked so I did my own thing.

No transparency so can’t answer.

Weak for a tech company. 2 weeks paid

Who knows? There is no transparency. I would guess at least when performance evaluations happen and I think they’ve only happened regularly...

Not very rewarding. I don’t feel like I’m growing my skills or learning anything new, I’m not compensated well, and the people I work with...
