Good, Underpaid and Not very friendly coworkers

What can this brand most improve?

BECU locked my account without cause. Never spoke to me or wrote me. Its ruining my credit score. I have visited the Ravenna branch throughout the past 10 business days hoping it would resolve it but they dont really know how long it will be locked for. Abused after almost 30 years membership.
