We all have fun but yet really understand common goal so helps us get to the right customer experience. Hands down the solid workforce really cares about the customer therefore, we find ways to be faster and better for them.

They care overall and the new ones who came in last two years really know how to run ecoomerce. I work in the online (digital space) and our new Officer knows his stuff. Firm yet trusting. They recognize good talent and keep them.

I don't feel undervalued per say I think as a company we pay very low compared to the market. They are getting better but I also came in low and had to work my way up multiple times to multiple orgs to get increases.

My team is hands down driven and fun and I make a point to laugh with them and also be serious with compassion but clarity of expectations. We are overworked but dedicated and I love how all our work ethics are so much alike and we all really believe in our work.

Casual, he just got to know me and my skills. I was lucky, it was word of mouth so we could be open and talk rather tha formal and stiff. Some others in my company go through panels and that is just difficult as you are "on stage" rather than open. I hire so I do both.
