After 5 months of being told that someone would reach out and help, I got my credit card company involved. Now Affirm is stating that I am 120 days late on my payments, which I paid on time. Horrible customer support. No care about the customer. Won't help in resolving simple Account changes. They will make you know how little you matter and will discriminate . Horrible company, better options out there with better service and rates.
