How transparent and proactive they are in big situations pertaining to the company or world issues. And how approachable they are and willing to share their knowledge and experiences, it's VERY uncommon at other companies and we are so lucky to have that!

How supportive and interactive we all are even while being remote. Being able to show up as ourselves on good days and bad and helping each other the whole way. We celebrate big things and little things and we teach each other how to grow!

Knowing that my work is being recognized, making a difference, and helping the bigger picture. I love the culture, I love the people and we truly make miracles happen every day for people, internally and externally. I am surrounded by the hardest working people and everyone is willing to help!

Being able to interview so thoroughly and really knowing what I was getting into. I interviewed with people at all levels at all roles and it showed me the bigger picture. I felt safe to ask honest question, to ask about money and time off. It was a really pleasant and effective experience!
