I love that the leadership team is so open to working with employees at entry level. This is so special and so rare at growing companies, but being able to sit and have lunch with an ALKU Vice President is seen as "normal" in a sense and it's truly amazing that ALKU employees have that opportunity.
That you can meet with them and get advice.
I like that they all started from the bottom and worked their way up.

The leadership is approachable, transparent, and also put the work in. They are truly focused on the development of their people.

How transparent and proactive they are in big situations pertaining to the company or world issues. And how approachable they are and willing to share their knowledge and experiences, it's VERY uncommon at other companies and we are so lucky to have that!
