We hire based on character traits so everyone is on an equal plane regardless of experience
The process is rigorous but well defined. ALKU isn't for everyone so I like that the process includes many opinions.
How honest and transparent they are
Being able to interview so thoroughly and really knowing what I was getting into. I interviewed with people at all levels at all roles and it showed me the bigger picture. I felt safe to ask honest question, to ask about money and time off. It was a really pleasant and effective experience!

It was simple. They didn't grill you with tough questions, was mostly just a conversation.
Had a lot of people to talk with and get thoughts and opinions
Meeting a wide variety of managers, directors and VPs. And that the interviews were one on one rather than panel style.
