I have had a great experience with AAG. Starting as a Loan Officer and moving my way up to a Sales Manager has been rewarding and challenging. I have learned new skills, sharpened existing ones, and have met a lot of great people all collectively working towards a great living.

Very fair and reasonable. I do not feel like I am being taken advantage of. I trust that they will do the right thing and find a great balance between company interests and employee interests.
