My leadership team now is fabulous. There was a slight rocky road when I first started but since then (that person left) the management team has been great. Very supportive, involved, and not micro-managing.

That I have a very supportive and positive team to work with. I am able to meet people from different states and different countries and learn different aspects of the business from different points of view. The work keeps me challenged and not bored.
