Since i have been with Arbiter for the most part it is somewhat a regular basis of solving some of the same issues with customers' needs however as of recent i have been given more projects and things to do that i believe show my advancement within the comapny.

I love helping customer's everyday with issue they experince. and coming to quick resolutions for our clients.

There care for their teams, Helping us understand issues with customers/the platform, the individual concerns of their employee's mental/personal health, and issues.

I believe the best part of our compensation is the deposits into our HSA accounts which really helps with medical expenses.other than the insurance provided.

My team is very determined and willful, very self sufficient when needed and will almost always do the most we can to help the companies labors

I feel our work load has risen severely in the last few months,I also understand this changes by the season. a raise would make me personally feel better about my compensation

Since i have been with arbiter for close to two years i believe its coming into work and being giving project by management that will show i am ready to progress with in in the company

Their understanding to address your needs,wants and accomplishments. their attentive focus on your everyday needs. they understand your adversity to want to rise through the company and they help give you a guide to reach those goals

their compassion for customer's needs. the hardwork they put in to everyday tasks. and despite the odds on some days. the quality of the service they provide not only to customers but to their fellow coworkers as well

I believe it's our will to do almost anything for our customers. we really strive in hoping we make their lives easier and more efficient of course we run into downfalls as all companies do. but i believe we truly always give it our best effort.
Che cosa sta andando male e come può essere migliorato?
Every day I know we will have to stay late to work, no matter what the issue is I don't feel as though we have a good work/life balance and I believe this is because of how unprepared we have been. I hope we don't take on more projects or responsibilities we cannot handle.
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
WIth How hectic this last year has been and how much work not only myself and others have had to step up to the plate from lack of preparation by company leaders. staying long nights for months on end, no I don't believe were compensated enough for it. Some of us are struggling to live outside.
