What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance coverage and 401k match. Would like to see the 401k match do more for those making under 60k.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My responsibilities are unclear and I feel that I am doing 3-4 peoples job. I am working way longer than I should be (9-13 hour days).

Base pay is 25% below standard market rates. No stock options which is standard at most other software companies. Bonus is half what most other companies offer. I've had multiple candidates I've referred for various positions mention it. So have current employees. So I know I'm not alone.

If I could see the analysis done specifically for my position and experience at our company size I would feel better about my compensation. I've been told that I'm paid fairly, but I just have to take that on faith.

I am paid 20-30% below market rates for my experience, role, and skillset. Also, we are one of the only companies our size in the area who don't offer stock options to employees. This makes it hard to want to stick around long term to help the company grow.
