Our executive team is willing to listen to different opinions, review options, and go full throttle towards the decision.

Insurance coverage and 401k match. Would like to see the 401k match do more for those making under 60k.

Working on things that will make a difference in the long-term. Too many urgent tasks can really dampen that happiness.
