Because I have been one of the top seller's this whole quarter and would like to be paid equally compared to what other AE's are being paid for their base

I have been in meetings where the compensation of previous employees was shared and it was also shared the displeasure that the management had with those employees. I have had expressed to me that they are pleased with my work and I make a decent amount less than the previous individuals.

I used to be excited to sell our product, I am starting to not be as confident in the product due to the increase in bugs and the smaller support team.
