I appreciate the time team members are willing to give to provide support. It gives a real sense of unity.

It is a company that is generally very supportive of one another, whether that be in our work or personal lives.

I feel like the team is committed to the cause and is willing to help each other get there. This inspires confidence and team unity.

I appreciate the matching that the company provides for our 401k. It helps me see that they are invested not only in me now, but in my future.

I have appreciated their transparency and willingness to share what is happening throughout the company. It has made me feel more involved and that my contributions are making a difference.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been in meetings where the compensation of previous employees was shared and it was also shared the displeasure that the management had with those employees. I have had expressed to me that they are pleased with my work and I make a decent amount less than the previous individuals.
