Even on stressful days everyone is happy and working to solve any issues. Everyone is friendly and typically happy.

That they are vocal about what is going on with our company. There is no guessing how we are doing as a business.

Our leadership team is open and honest. I've never had a CEO who is so hands on with the day to day dealings.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very hands on. It's not often you see your CEO out in the "ditches" with everyone. Yet I've seen it multiple times with our CEO Kyle.
