The people and interactions! Also my boss is great and she makes me laugh and feel excited about my job!

The amount of money the company provides employees into their HSA is amazing! Also the retirement match and vesting is almost unheard of.

The people! Also my position.. I love what I do. I am blessed to be able to use my skills to help Arbiter.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The CEO.. he is engaged, he takes time to stop by and say hi. He asks about you personally not just work stuff. Also the teams all work well together. WE interactive often.
