This is the best company I have worked at. Great pay, benefits and people. The onboarding is amazing and everyone just wants you to be successful. If you are willing to put the work into them, they will reward you.
Standard finance company, same as any other money minded company
They do not support you in the position. The company is changing and they have a chew em up type mentality now. Once we're good, they are an embarrassment the last 6 months. At one time less pay was offset by a positive work environment, now both are sub par.
