The leadership values the culture and plans our expansion accordingly. It is a workplace where everyone is valued, where we are encouraged to be optimistic and maintain abundant mindset.

The benefits are extremely good and reflect leadership's care for the employees. Excellent health insurance is completely paid by aytm for individual plans (and the first $1000 monthly for family plans). They contribute to our 401K (not a match!), and annual profit sharing in our 401Ks.

For the most part everyone has a great work ethic. I never worry about giving my word to a client and then having a teammate let me down.
