Berry Plastics itself is not a bad company to work for but the particular plant I work at has an incompetent plant manager. A lot of the employees have lost faith and confidence in him because of his behaviors.

I enjoy most of the people I work with but unfortunately our factory utilizes a temp service quite a bit and it's very unproductive and doesn't really work that well

I feel like the negativity at my plant is comes from the top down I hate try to keep things on my shift in a positive note but it's not always easy when the people above you are negative

Unfortunately at this point I feel that getting rid of the plant manager would help and there needs to be a plant manager put in place that knows the processes of the factory and spend some time getting to know his employees

I'm not really involved in the interview process but I would think that right now because of the work shortage they pretty much take anybody and everybody that will pass the drug test and we utilize temp service is way too much
