We need a new group of management in our plant. Our HR is terrible.

The scheduling makes it hard for parents to be there for their kids

Would be nice if the work was a little less monotonous. Some days when running a very large run and no change-overs can get to be a bit dull. Also a lot of repetitive hand/muscle movements. The biggest issue: it can get VERY hot inside in the summer.
