Communication. Fairness. Laws. honesty. Rules.
The leadership team needs to do a better job at promoting a culture of safety.
Being leaders instead of practicing unethical behavior. Inciting hostility

Unfortunately at this point I feel that getting rid of the plant manager would help and there needs to be a plant manager put in place that knows the processes of the factory and spend some time getting to know his employees
giving employees the resources and support to do their jobs
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Raises. Insurance. Options. Perks. Hours.
I feel that my benefit package as far as vacation, insurance, sick leave all that is fair.

Nothing. The pay is decent, but compared to the packers (who have a job a monkey could literally.do) its only a couple dollars more. While a technician takes months of training to become competent
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The fact that other plants have separate departments inside of maintenance that devide the responsibility bit where im at our small group does all of it for the plant with the same pay as the others with less work load and responsibility.
Packers are the backbone of the company but get paid the least which is bureaucracy at its worst
No stock options are for the little people
Being payed a little more
$5 an hr minimum pay increase, lower insurance premiums and deductible, more paid time off, paid maternity and paternity leave, Monday through Friday shifts getting double time on Sundays regardless of hours worked during the week.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The diversity on my shift is absolutely phenomenal
I enjoy most of the people I work with but unfortunately our factory utilizes a temp service quite a bit and it's very unproductive and doesn't really work that well
Team players, always willing to help one another

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Cleanliness. Helping out. Respect. Fairness
People need to be more fair to others and help out without having an attitude and bad mouthing the other person

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Management has made it clear that THEY are concerned with safety and THEY are committed to improving their location's safety culture
Safety is 1st and everyone are team players
People listen and appreciate you, your ideas

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better management and HR and Supervision that's honest and trustworthy. Stop hiring family and friends stop promoting people that violating Rules for there family friends and lovers

I feel like the negativity at my plant is comes from the top down I hate try to keep things on my shift in a positive note but it's not always easy when the people above you are negative
The favoritism needs to stop. The sexism needs to stop. The bullying needs to stop. And that includes mgmt.
Stop the continuous drive to eliminate jobs with automation.
The management style. A Plant manager that walks the floor two times a day at the least.

The interview process was handled professionaly

It happened a long time ago. Mgmt was fair. Now days they hire people with no ambition

Better hr staff that is held to standards too.
Nothing because until the hiring process improves Berry will continue to be corrupted.

I'm not really involved in the interview process but I would think that right now because of the work shortage they pretty much take anybody and everybody that will pass the drug test and we utilize temp service is way too much

What makes you most happy at work?
When I clock out at the end of the say
Knowing I come in and do my job to the best of my ability
Payday getting 7 days off every two weeks
I'd say probably the only thing that makes me happy to go to work are some of the people I work with

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need a new group of management in our plant. Our HR is terrible.
The scheduling makes it hard for parents to be there for their kids
