Blinds to Go – Customer service is horrible! Once the salesperson sold me the blinds and the order was paid in full, I had to setup the appointment for the installer to come to my home. A part was missing and I had to follow-up to see when it would be arriving. I will never purchase anything else from BTG.

I enjoyed working at Blinds to Go, but many things are beyond my control and bonus requirements can be difficult to achieve, plus the staffing levels are struggling along with the production time to receive products.
