The training was well-structured, and once I was on the floor, I felt supported by my team at every step. My manager Amjad was especially kind, helpful, and always willing to guide me, which made a big difference in building my confidence.

A higher salary, less hours, a better company match on the 401K and more options for raises and returement saving options

We work well together and treat each other fairly.

The most positive aspect of the culture and environment was the respectful and supportive atmosphere. Our manager handled situations professionally and maintained a positive work environment, which made employees feel valued and comfortable.
