Why work for Boeing?

I started to ask myself the same question after having worked in a bad group for four years. You may end up in a good group doing interesting or boring work but the group culture is what helps you get through it. If you end up in a bad group such as I did, it can wear you down. It's also tough to transfer at Boeing too, You really need to luck out at times to get a job offer at a different site, especially if it is in another State.

If you are passionate about aerospace engineering. There is no other advantage.
