Fun, supportive and fast!

Our office vibe is fun and relaxed! We have organic fruit, healthy snacks, coffee, tea, and free lunch delivered every Wednesday. We have a ping pong table, pop-a-shot, bags, segways, unicycles and a pool table. We have a Kegerator if you're so inclined. We have events about every other month including Bring Your Child(ren) to Work Day, a chili cook-off, bartending bosses, and an ice cream delivery truck. Our clothing policy is casual which allows for our employees to wear whatever they will be comfortable to work in. Lastly, we have a huge kitchen with many tables and chairs that allows our employees to socialize and eat lunch together or grab a quick snack to break up the day!

I would suggest business casual.

We know that interviews can be stressful, so please wear something that you will be comfortable in. We generally tell people business casual, but if you want to wear a suit, go for it!

Amazing! So flexible and have never had a problem here. The company is set up to be efficient when remote with slack and zoom, too.

During the summer, all employees work from home on Friday's. Additionally, Brad's Deals is very flexible and understands if you want to work from home on certain days.

Amazing! You are treated like an adult and can do this whenever you need too (you can also work flex-hours, too). You know what needs to be done and when it needs to be done by. People don't really care where you do it as long as you get it done.

They are a great team to work with. Easy to speak to and knowledgeable. My questions are usually resolved quickly and with prompt follow-up.

The interview questions were very standard.

You most likely will have a phone interview with someone from the HR team, and then an in person interview with your potential manager and a few other people from the team. Brad's Deals will most likely get back to you within a week of your interview.

Very flexible. My manager trusts me to get my work done and understand if I have to leave early or come in late.
