What's the internship program like at Brad's Deals?
With two weeks left with my HR internship at Brad's Deals, I can tell you my experience exceeded my expectations greatly. I worked very closely with the VP of HR, Jessica, and learned a great deal about HR in a short amount of time. I had the experience working in employee engagement, recruitment, payroll as well as benefits. Not once, was I treated like an "intern." Everyone in the organization went out of their way to introduce themselves to me and made themselves available if I had any questions or wanted to learn more about a different department. My team trusted me to work on projects independently and always asked for my opinion. I am confident that because of my time spent at Brad's Deals, I will have the confidence and knowledge I will need moving forward with my HR career. Thanks Brad's Deals for a great summer!
