The people. I can be myself. Good days or bad, I have support, and I know that I am valued by peers and management.
This is a question we face everyday. There is always something that comes up that needs improving, and we do our best to make those improvements. So, I guess it just depends on the day.
Interviewing with multiple team members was nice to get a better feel of who I would potentially be working with. It was a very comfortable interviewing setting that allowed me to show my true colors.
We are a group of winners. There isn't one person here that I don't like engaging with, and many of these people have become my close friends. I like working with my friends - that is a special thing.
They are on the front lines. You can see their passion for Brist and they are inspiring us to follow. They have truly established the upside down triangle of leadership to give us employees the resources we need to drive Brist (and ourselves) to SUCCESS.
There are great benefits to working at Brist - i.e. Experience in a management role, A super high ceiling of opportunity, and a young, hot company that can (is) going into some huge. But stock options / being more vested in the growth of Brist would be amazing.
We are a freight train with an agenda of crushing deals and making things HAPPEN. There are some days that are not for the faint of heart, but deeper the valleys - higher the mountains. We have taken our potential and turned it into success, and it doesn't feel like we're stopping.
Everyone here is driving the success of the company. It seems that we are all aware of that, and there is a sense of support among everyone. It isn't always rainbows and butterflies, but we all care about the bigger picture and want to make constant improvements as a company and individuals.
