The company just launched Profit-sharing
Not a lot of other companies have such growth opportunities
The 4 day work week is a huge perk.
Good pay. Reasonable hours and expectations
Flexibility with time off requests

When I began we had no benefits, now we have 3% match IRA, Health & Dental and I am getting a closer to market rate wage. I believe management will continue to make an effort to improve this as we grow.
My compensation allows me to look at my future in a positive manner as a young, single individual.

Actually having a game plan rather than just work here and there are no ways to get a raise. You just have to hope somebody above you quits and there isn’t enough time to hire somebody outside of the compa
paid time off, like paid vacation
I feel undervalued because of my compensation.
I have many roles, yet I feel that I am only seen for a few. I also really wish I had paid vacation time that accrued at a faster rate. I currently lose money when I take vacation, because it takes so long to acquire even just a week of PTO.
I feel undervalued because I believe I am under-compensated. I would feel more valued if I was better compensated.
