Intense, but people goof off and take time off as well in order to cope

I think people are disillusioned, but overall people want to make it a better place.

That the product works inconsistently

Really fun, all the time. People like to be social and there's one great night of karaoke every quarter.

There's minimal diversity, they need to hire people with more experience, more accountability among departments... Hold people to deadlines.
What do people at Captricity think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
He's always on the road selling the product. He struggles to communicate his vision to the team some times. He has a good heart but doesn't always know how to connect to the employees or read the pulse of the company.

Probably average for a start up

How does Captricity make decisions around promotions?
They promote the people who have gotten the most praise, not necessarily the most competent or deserving. They will promote you if you push hard enough for yourself, but only after jumping through a lot of hoops.
