Frustrating and repetitive.

It was average. They were terrible with followups, and took forever to get back to me.
How do you feel about DataRobot's future?
C-Suite are clueless about AI and this is already showing through in the company results. Without a big change in leadership, it's only going to get worse.
It's bright, if we can get out of our own way, and the CEO lets the managers manage.

This year they added a formal work from home policy. It's quite flexible and practical.
There really isn't a formal policy regarding WFH.

The sales team is growing fastest. They are also the ones having difficulties because this is not a generic IT product that can be sold like any other IT.
