There's minimal diversity, they need to hire people with more experience, more accountability among departments... Hold people to deadlines.

He's always on the road selling the product. He struggles to communicate his vision to the team some times. He has a good heart but doesn't always know how to connect to the employees or read the pulse of the company.

Yes

They promote the people who have gotten the most praise, not necessarily the most competent or deserving. They will promote you if you push hard enough for yourself, but only after jumping through a lot of hoops.
