Mr. Robert M. Roche has been Chief Financial Officer and Vice President at Carlisle Companies Incorporated since February 15, 2017. He served as Vice President of Sales for Americas and Global Marketing for the Carlisle Brake & Friction (CBF) division at FoodService Products. He previously led the CBF Asia-Pacific region as President after serving as Vice President and General Manager. There, he successfully initiated a comprehensive CBF commercial and organizational presence in the Asia-Pacific region. Since joining CBF in 2009, Mr. Freiberg also led the integration of Japan Power Brake and Hawk facilities in Asia, growing CBF revenues from $5 million to nearly $60 million annually. Before joining Carlisle, Mr. Freiberg held various leadership roles at Cooper Industries for more than 14 years. He earned an MBA from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.

Ms. Shelley J. Bausch served as Vice President of Industrial Coatings at PPG Industries Inc. since January 16, 2014 until October 6, 2017. Ms. Bausch serves as the President of Carlisle Fluid Technologies at Carlisle Companies Incorporated. She joined PPG from Dow Corning, where she began her career in 1988. She served as business vice president of finished products at Dow Corning from 2011 to 2014. She served as a Global Executive Director at Dow Corning and led the transformation of part of Dow Corning's commodity chemical business into a Web-driven business model. She served for two years in Shanghai as Global Director, paper industry and Greater China leader, process and performance industries, leading organizational design and staffing for the marketing, sales and technical service teams supporting the paper and process industry. She has been a Director of Kraton Corporation since August 11, 2017. Ms. Bausch earned a B.S. degree in business administration and biology from Alma College and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Karl Messmer, also known as Ted, has been President at Carlisle Brake & Friction, Inc. since September 25, 2015. Mr. Messmer has a solid history of leadership experience, demonstrated success and a global perspective. He served as Vice President & General Manager of Belden, Inc.'s Enterprise Networking Division which consisted of manufacturing plants, R&D facilities and commercial operations across North America, Europe and Asia until 2015. Mr. Messmer served as Global Director of Commercial Operations with Danaher Corp. Following his active service in South Korea with the U.S. Army as a Captain and Aviation Officer, he held a variety of leadership positions with Corning, Inc. Mr. Messmer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Masters of Business Administration from The Fuqua School of Business from Duke University.

Titus B. Ball has been Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Carlisle Companies Incorporated since May 20, 2016. Titus B. Ball has been with Carlisle since 2010. Titus B. Ball has worked in the roles of Director of Internal Audit and Manager of SEC Reporting at Carlisle and previously as Senior Manager with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
