Depending on what 'segment' you are in may change the response but I personally feel like I'm part of a family that truly wants to work together and succeed.

My interviews with Cask were very down to earth and not so much focused on my skillset as making sure I fit the culture and have a desire to extend my learning.

Ability to work remotely the majority of the time; availability of my manager when needed (always makes the time); not being micro-managed. Produce high quality deliverables on time and the rest comes together.

As the company grows our compensation package has evolved and we are very much a part of that process. For my healthcare package I do not pay anything out of my bi-weekly paychecks which is awesome.
