We communicate. Whether slack, zoom, email or phone calls, Cask employees know the importance of talking. It helps keep projects on task and relationships solid. We enjoy teasin each other on group channels whether it be over sports or silly haircuts. Even with a remote workforce, we are a tight.
Depending on what 'segment' you are in may change the response but I personally feel like I'm part of a family that truly wants to work together and succeed.
