What did you like most about the interview process?
There is a multi-step process, but the main interview was relaxed and felt like a conversation.
Management asked me a typical questions not just focused on my resume
Frank conversations with leadership about capabilities, goals, monitoring, measuring, expectations.
Met with senior leadership of the firm, and talked about how I would play into their future
Normal and day to earth with very honest and transparent dialogue about the role.
My interviews with Cask were very down to earth and not so much focused on my skillset as making sure I fit the culture and have a desire to extend my learning.
