What did you like most about the interview process?
There is a multi-step process, but the main interview was relaxed and felt like a conversation.
Management asked me a typical questions not just focused on my resume
Frank conversations with leadership about capabilities, goals, monitoring, measuring, expectations.
Met with senior leadership of the firm, and talked about how I would play into their future
Normal and day to earth with very honest and transparent dialogue about the role.
We move quickly and make decisions.
Getting to meet a number of people from the company in different roles.
Open discussion between each person.
Everything I heard during the interviews was accurate.
Meeting not only my leaders but also other team members gave me a good sense of the company culture.
My interviews with Cask were very down to earth and not so much focused on my skillset as making sure I fit the culture and have a desire to extend my learning.
