What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are so many benefit options and fairly priced for services you can receive!
Employees have a interest/share in the company's success.
High compared to industry; good incentives
starts day one, HSA and 401k matching, ISO. Cask takes care of its people
It's a total compensation package plus more. Employees have multiple plans and carriers to choose from depending on the state they live in rather than the employer location. Instead of penny pinching, Cask goes above and beyond ie their AD&D is 3x FTE salary

What are some of the best things about your team?
Supportive, productive, flexible, honestly the best team I've ever worked with
These people are my friends. I enjoy working together with them every day.
Energetic, motivated, multi faceted, high performing
The team is comprised of professional, 'non-jerks'
Cask employees believe in being actionable and accountable. We have great team meetings because we are honest which empowers and motivates us to get our work done. And if we need help, we ask for it. Transparency can be uncomfortable at first, but I know my team is dependable and ready to jump in.

What did you like most about the interview process?
There is a multi-step process, but the main interview was relaxed and felt like a conversation.
Management asked me a typical questions not just focused on my resume
Frank conversations with leadership about capabilities, goals, monitoring, measuring, expectations.
Met with senior leadership of the firm, and talked about how I would play into their future
Normal and day to earth with very honest and transparent dialogue about the role.
