I have received a bonus or a raise at nearly any appraisal cycle. Health benefits are pretty affordable for a single person.
Work life balance and culture is fantastic
Our paid tIme off is excellent, 401k company matches, and fully vested from from the first day we are eligible.

What's the work from home policy like at ChaiOne?
We allow flexible scheduling. Our core working hours are 10am-3pm and we ask that our employees are available then. Otherwise, our employees use flexible schedules to shift their schedule in a way that suits them; i.e. 7am - 4pm for example, or working from home a day or two a week. Your flexible schedule is determined through a conversation with your manager. Flex scheduling is available as a benefit to employees after their 90-day employment anniversary.
