Communication. The key feedback for last cycle was a need for better feedback. There has been little improvement. Frequently, it can feel like things are decided for us not discussed with us.

be supportive with client work
High level planning and collaboration to overdeliver against client expectations, getting out of the project weeds.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive would be minimal acknowledgment, but this needs improvement - there's an empty feeling for special occasions like holidays, etc. Sure, there may be an announcement, but something is missing.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I could talk about my experience easily and get a feel for their needs and how I might fit into those roles. Little tension in the evaluation and an ability to be genuine about topics.
