I am super excited about virtual doctor and the ability to search things online

I love how we all get along and find time to socialize about non-work.

Knowing that I'm valued for my talent and knowledge and not just another person to make the company money.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are not afraid to give us bad news. I'd much rather know if the company is struggling than be blindsided.

The Tuesday talks. I like them the most because it's a chance for people to talk about things other than work.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm doing the career I've wanted since I was young; so just being able to continue doing what I've wanted is a source of my happiness
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they watch even the non-mission critical things in our company. Although it won't always be possible when we continue to grow it's nice to know that they still find out who we are as individuals and not just a number.
