I feel supported when I need executive presence to push a deal forward.

The leadership team is doing everything possible to keep chaione open & running, but I also feel they need to value their employees more, we are not just replaceable.

How frequently they talk with us as a whole. I've worked at a few companies where leadership didn't know who I was nor had I ever met them and I didn't like that.

The leadership team is focused on driving sales and making decisions for the best of the company.

All are very approachable and always willing to respond. It makes me feel like a true member of the team.

Communication. The key feedback for last cycle was a need for better feedback. There has been little improvement. Frequently, it can feel like things are decided for us not discussed with us.
