Work life balance and culture is fantastic

What's the work from home policy like at ChaiOne?
We allow flexible scheduling. Our core working hours are 10am-3pm and we ask that our employees are available then. Otherwise, our employees use flexible schedules to shift their schedule in a way that suits them; i.e. 7am - 4pm for example, or working from home a day or two a week. Your flexible schedule is determined through a conversation with your manager. Flex scheduling is available as a benefit to employees after their 90-day employment anniversary.
